This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, use, and protect your information when you access our Platform.

1. Information We Collect and Process

We collect information that you directly provide to us, including:

• Account & Waitlist Information: Your name, email, company, role (e.g., music supervisor, catalog owner), and credentials.
• Creative Uploads: Brief descriptions, reference audio files, video files, script PDFs, or reference URLs that you upload to find musical matches.
• Catalog Assets: Audio files (WAV, MP3), composition/lyrics metadata, split details, publisher registrations, and rights holder identifiers.
• Deal Room Communications: Quotes, counter-offers, redlined documents, text chats, and contract execution metadata.

2. Creative Brief & Video Isolation (Privacy Boundaries)

Strict Transient Processing: Any creative briefs, scripts, video cuts, or reference audio files uploaded by sync buyers are processed in isolated, transient memory buffers. These files are used solely to run semantic search matching algorithms and are never stored permanently, cached, or shared.

No Generative AI Training: We enforce an absolute ban on training AI models using your data. Neither your uploaded search files (videos, briefs, scripts) nor the music catalog files hosted by rights holders are ever used to train public or proprietary generative AI models.

3. Asset Security & Catalog Protection

We apply industry-standard security protocols to protect rights holder catalogs:

• Low-Bitrate Preview Audios: Platform audio previews are encoded in low-bitrate formats to prevent ripping or unauthorized extraction.
• Cold Storage Masters: High-resolution master audio WAV files are stored in heavily guarded, encrypted cold storage. They are only fetched and made accessible when a sync transaction is successfully finalized, signed, and approved by all rights holders.
• Transaction Security: Deal Room negotiations and contracts are encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or uploaded creative assets with third-party advertisers or external developers. Data is shared exclusively to facilitate transaction fulfillment, such as:

• Sharing deal proposals and contract terms between the buyer and designated rights holders inside the Deal Room.
• Processing secure payments through trusted, PCI-compliant payment processors when licensing transactions complete.

5. Your Rights and Access Controls

Depending on your location (including the EU under GDPR and California under CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of your personal data. You can delete your account or request catalog deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
